Guys I just had the absolutely best time shooting Moa and Torrey’s engagement photos at Muriwai Beach, and I couldn’t wait to share 1. the epic photos but also how much freaking fun we had! These two wanted (or maybe were convinced by me, sorry not sorry!) to get some practice in front of the camera before their big day, and what better place to do it than the stunning backdrop of Maukatia Bay in Muriwai?

As always, I started off with some shots at the cliffs with the ganet colony flying above us. The wind (if you’ve been here you know what I mean) was blowing through Moa’s hair, creating a dreamy, romantic vibe that I adore in my photos. Next off we move a bit further away from the cliffs and Moa and Torrey made my job super easy with their laughs and trust in me, doing every weird thing I asked of them!

My aim by the end of any shoot is that we were all laughing and chatting like old friends, making the whole experience feel like a casual hangout rather than a photoshoot and we definitely nailed it.
