India and Josh’s wedding day was a celebration of love, family, and faith, the kind that doesn’t just bring two people together, but weaves entire families closer. Set on India’s family property in Northland, the day felt personal from the very first moment to the last.

Every detail of the wedding was thoughtfully crafted, many of them by people who knew and loved the couple best. India’s mum, Joelene Booth of Special Occasions, transformed the family home into a dream-worthy venue, complete with handcrafted florals, delicate styling, and an aisle lined with single-stem roses leading to a pair of vintage French doors that framed the ceremony perfectly.

The Morning Prep

The day began peacefully, with the girls getting ready at Wharepuke in Kerikeri surrounded by greenery and soft morning light. Hair by Laurel Stratford and makeup by Katy Jane Makeup Artist complemented India’s effortless style, and her gown from Natalie Rose Bridal looked timeless and elegant.

Over at Magic Cottages, Josh and his groomsmen, Ben, Adam, and Cameron, shared an easygoing morning together. Dressed in tailored suits from Payne Tailors, they all looked epic.

A Ceremony of Love and Faith

With her younger siblings as flower girls and ring bearers, and her older sister standing by her side as a bridesmaid, India made her way through the French doors and down the rose-lined aisle to marry Josh. Their ceremony, led by Stuart Angus, was heartfelt and faith-centred, filled with scripture, laughter, and a few joyful tears.

The Celebration

After the ceremony, guests gathered for an outdoor cocktail-style reception in the gardens. Soda Creek served up canapés, the cake by Beespoke Cakes was an absolute showpiece, and every corner of the setup was so stunning.

Family and friends mingled, shared speeches, and celebrated together as the sun began to dip behind the trees. We captured their portraits in the paddock and along the gum tree–lined driveway, with golden light wrapping around them, right through to a gorgeous first dance.
