Janelle and Josh… how freaking awesome are you two! Thank you so much for allowing me to photograph you and try out my new Sony equipment! I actually met Janelle at Laura and Hamish’s wedding where she was a bridesmaid at the beginning of the month. When I asked for help testing out my new gear, Janelle put her hand up! I definitely couldn’t say no to this hilariously fun, gorgeous girl and her hubby!

I travelled from the Waikato to the Bay of Plenty to visit their local beach, Papamoa Beach. It definitely did not disappoint! Although we missed out on a gorgeous golden sunset because of the weather, we got moody clouds and an almost empty stretch of beach so I’ll take that as a win. Worried about being nervous in front of the camera on your wedding day? Make sure you do a couple or engagement shoot beforehand!
